What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling warm leads from a variety of inbound channels — no cold calling involved
* Building rapport with customers to understand their needs
* Using internal tools to match customers with the best leasing and finance deals
* Providing a professional, consultative service from enquiry to delivery
* Delivering an excellent customer experience that encourages repeat business
