Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening for a bi‑lingual Sales Manager for their Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec materials business.**What You'll Be Doing*** Build and grow relationships with customers across Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.* Identify business opportunities and drive market growth in alignment with regional priorities.* Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure strong performance and alignment with business goals.* Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and technical teams to support customer needs.* Negotiate pricing and manage account performance to achieve sales targets.* Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision‑making.**What We Are Looking For*** Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.* Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions to business goals.* Strong business acumen with sound judgment in pricing, negotiation, and market assessment.* Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with comfort managing competing priorities.* Bilingual proficiency in English and French with strong communication skills in both languages.**Work Environment**This role requires regular travel within Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, with occasional visits to regional offices and customer sites.
