About the Role
We are looking for a Campaign and Promotions Lead to join our marketing team in driving company growth and increasing our digital presence whilst ensuring all marketing initiatives are closely aligned with our core values. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, and working closely with colleagues across marketing, education, and practitioner teams, you'll ensure every campaign is delivered with excellence and care, shaping and delivering both online and offline campaigns. Your work will help to nurture meaningful engagement, support our community, and strengthen our brand reputation.
Responsibilities
Lead the full life cycle of integrated campaigns, from concept to delivery, including product launches, educational programmes, and events.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to align messaging, coordinate resources, and ensure a cohesive approach across all channels.
Work closely with the Brand Relationship Manager to share details of relevant campaigns and provide campaign-specific supplier data.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to align product launches with campaign timing and promotional activity.
Partner with the In-house Practitioners to develop accurate, educational, and engaging campaign content.
Work alongside the Head of Education to plan and deliver both online and in-person events that support campaign objectives.
Oversee the development and management of campaign assets, including messaging, timelines, and visual materials.
Ensure supplier and partner communications reflect and reinforce our brand values and standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team, and any extended team members, to deliver campaign assets and amplify impact across ongoing marketing activity.
Measure and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications
Experienced in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and events, with a commitment to quality and detail.
Ideally, you have some training or professional experience in nutrition or the supplements industry, and you understand the unique needs and interests of our community.
Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Skilled in project management, with excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach.
Analytical and data-driven, able to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Committed to upholding a supportive, client-centered brand ethos in all communications.

Terms
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday).
Working Location: In-office - Sheffield
Holiday: 30 days + statutory holidays
