About The Role
PwC are celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for experienced Workday Prism & Accounting Centre Developer to join our Workday recognised Prism & Accounting Center European centre of excellence, part of our growing Workday Consulting Team.

What Your Days Will Look Like
* Lead the Prism / Accounting Center workstream: source analysis, ingestion design, transformations, dataset modelling, event processing and accounting rule configuration.
* Run workshops, challenge requirements and translate into buildable designs and testable acceptance criteria; manage defects and data quality issues.
* Collaborate with Integrations, Security and Financials configurations teams to align master data, journals, controls and performance service level agreements.
* Prepare cutover, reconciliation and hypercare plans; document lineage, controls and audit artefacts.
* Coach junior colleagues; contribute to re-usable assets and accelerators.
This Role Is For You If You
* You have experience with Workday Prism and/or Accounting Centre plus strong data skills; you can own a functional-technical workstream end-to-end.
* You build credibility quickly and adapt to diverse stakeholders; experience with on/offshore teams is a plus.
* Bonus: certifications in relevant Workday Financials areas; exposure to controls, reconciliations and audit.
* Have the ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges.
* Can quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
