Responsibilities: We will have you building AI-powered platforms and workflow tooling for industrial and engineering environments. We will expect you to develop APIs, integrations, and backend systems that connect operational data into AI-driven products. We will have you work across AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM orchestration. We will ask you to design scalable cloud-native infrastructure within AWS. We will involve you in building customer-facing product functionality across both frontend and backend systems. We will expect you to help shape architecture, engineering standards, deployment processes, and long-term technical direction. We will have you work directly with founders and customers to turn operational problems into product solutions. We will rely on you to contribute from an early stage and help influence the wider technical direction of the business as we scale.
