Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for inclusion and safeguarding? Do you believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, no matter the barriers they face? This is a unique opportunity to shape lives and strengthen the future of our Empowered Provision.
The Archbishop Blanch Empowered Centre, now in its second year, provides personalised support for students who join us from other schools and who require a more tailored pathway in order to re-engage successfully with their education.
Our aim is clear: to empower every student to achieve academically, socially, and emotionally, ultimately to successfully reintegrate them into mainstream school life.
We are seeking an inspirational Centre Manager to lead this important provision. You will be a visible, proactive and safeguarding-focused leader, responsible for ensuring that some of the most vulnerable young people in Liverpool are supported to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:· Creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing and aspirational learning environment.·
Leading safeguarding practice within the Centre, ensuring full compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education and supporting robust referral and reporting systems.·
Working closely with students and families to ensure effective reintegration into mainstream lessons where appropriate, with a focus on long-term success.·
Building strong partnerships with professionals and external agencies to secure coordinated care and support for students.·
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of every student, ensuring accountability and transparency.· Leading and supporting a committed team, ensuring high standards of practice and consistency of approach.
This role will suit an experienced practitioner with the resilience, vision and professional integrity to manage complex situations and deliver positive outcomes for young people.
We are looking for a leader who will uphold these strengths and ensure that the Empowered Provision continues to be a place where young people feel safe, supported, and inspired to succeed.
