Graduate Software Implementation Consultant Location: North Coast / North Antrim (Hybrid after training) Salary: £ Type: Permanent Start Your Career in Technology Consulting Our client is a growing software company delivering workforce management, payroll and business software solutions to organisations across the UK and Ireland. They are seeking a Graduate Software Implementation Consultant to join their team and help customers successfully adopt and utilise their software platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working directly with people. No coding experience is required. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems, communicating with customers and delivering successful projects. The Role As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, configure software solutions, deliver training and support clients throughout implementation projects. You'll gain exposure to: Software implementation projects Customer workshops and requirements gathering System configuration and testing User training and onboarding Technical troubleshooting Process improvement Project coordination SaaS technology environments This role offers a blend of technology, customer engagement and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their business processes and requirements Configure software solutions to meet client needs Test systems and support implementation projects through to go-live Deliver training sessions and software demonstrations Troubleshoot issues and investigate solutions Support customers via Teams, phone and email Create and maintain documentation and user guides Collaborate with internal technical and project teams Build strong long-term customer relationships What We're Looking For Essential Degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Computing Software Engineering Business Information Systems Data Analytics Related Technology Discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving ability Good Microsoft Excel skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Strong organisational skills Full driving licence Particularly Interested In Candidates with placement year or internship experience in: IT Support Service Desk Technical Support Application Support Software Support Customer Success Systems Administration Project Support Business Systems SaaS Environments Suitable Backgrounds Graduate IT Support Analyst Service Desk Analyst Technical Support Analyst Application Support Analyst Software Support Analyst Systems Support Analyst Customer Success Associate Graduate Technology Consultant Graduate Business Systems Analyst Junior Implementation Consultant Computing Graduate What's On Offer?
