About the Role
This role involves supervising and coordinating mechanical installations on-site, overseeing subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations on-site
* Oversee subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
* Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the M&E sector
* Strong background in residential and commercial projects
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
* Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Full UK driving licence
Required Skills
