The Opportunity
A well‑established and highly regarded law firm in Eastbourne, East Sussex is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx (FCILEx) to join its busy and successful conveyancing team.
This is a key strategic hire for the firm, forming part of a long‑term succession plan and offering a realistic route to partnership for the right individual. The firm is looking for a proactive and commercially minded conveyancer who is keen to play an influential role in the firm’s continued development.
The Role
You will manage a quality residential conveyancing caseload, working closely with an experienced team and a well‑established client base.
The role offers:

About You
* Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx specialising in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
* Confident managing matters independently
