AninternationalmediacompanyislookingforatemporaryITSupportEngineer.
Responsibilities:
* DeliveringITsupportviatheWalk-UpDesk,actingasthefirstpointofcontactforin-officeemployees.
* Providinghands-onsupportforbothWindows11andMacOSusers,coveringhardware,software,andaccount-relatedissues.
* MeetingroomandA/V(audio-visual)support.
* ManagingITassets(computers,phones,peripherals),ensuringaccuratestockcontrolandlifecycletracking.
* ProgressingincidentsandservicerequestsinlinewithSLA,escalatingtoTier2/3supportteamswherenecessary.
* Supportingonboarding/offboardingactivities,ensuringequipmentandaccessaresetupcorrectly.
* ContributingtoknowledgesharingandcontinuousimprovementwithintheITSupportteam.
Requirements:
* ProvenTier1/2ITsupportexperienceinanenterpriseenvironment.
* StrongworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftWindows11.
* StrongworkingknowledgeofMacOSsupportinacorporatesetting.
* GoodworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice365applications(Outlook,Teams,Excel,Word).
* FamiliaritywithActiveDirectorytasks(passwordresets,accountunlocks).
* FamiliaritywithOktaandSingleSign-On(SSO)technologies.
* ProvidemeetingroomandA/V(audio-visual)support,ensuringequipmentsuchasdisplays,conferencingsystems,andvideocallsfunctionsmoothlyforonsiteandhybridmeetings.
* Generalunderstandingofnetworkingbasics(Wi-Fi,TCP/IP).
