Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
* Support students with their learning and encourage participation
* Report back on progress and any issues to teaching staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a formal secondary education setting
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* A proactive, reliable, and flexible attitude
* Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
