Job Description
3. Oversee all financial operations
4. Quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance preparation
5. Preparation for annual Statutory Audit
6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
7. Submission of UK and foreign VAT returns
8. Managing Debtors & Creditors
9. Cost variance analysis
10. Provide insightful financial and commercial analysis to support business strategy
11. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
12. Lead and develop a small finance team
The Successful Applicant
13. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
14. Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
17. Proficiency in financial systems and good ERP experience
