Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits
* Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
* £35,000 - £45,000 OTE

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
* Book viewings using the company’s system
* Complete customer records and update records in the system
* Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
* Market new stock on all available media channels
* Negotiate and agree buyer offers
* Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
* Assist in sales progression if needed
* Dependent on experience, support with sales valuations
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Previous industry experience is essential
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* You will have solid IT skills
* You will be well spoken and well presented
* You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
* You must have a driving licence and access to own vehicle
