IT Strategy and Performance - Consultant / Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, London.
Our IT Performance team is part of the growing Business Technology practice. We seek dynamic and intellectually curious problem solvers to help clients make strategic decisions, develop technological capabilities and realise their digital transformation objectives. We enable clients to maximise the value of their technology investments and create lasting competitive advantage for their organisations.
Responsibilities
* Defining inventive technology strategies and transformation roadmaps that enable business ambitions and establish initiatives, capabilities and processes to sustain competitive advantage.
* Designing and implementing future-proof IT operating models that deliver impactful technology strategies and enable business agility and future innovation, covering people, processes, and technology.
* Developing frameworks for understanding and managing total cost of ownership of technology solutions, including cost transparency, value drivers and cost optimisation opportunities.
* Performing technology due diligence, integration planning, risk mitigation and synergy identification for M&A transactions and large-scale post-merger integration / carve-out programs.
Your Profile
* Senior Consultant level experience in consulting or industry with a proven track record of delivering strategic advisory engagements, including developing a forward-looking technology vision, strategy and transformation roadmap for clients.
* Expertise in IT cost optimisation analysis and delivery, including business and IT operations analysis, data gathering and delivering analytical insights (TBM and FinOps desirable).
* Experience delivering large-scale IT transformation projects and technology landscape restructuring (e.g., major strategic programme or post-merger integration).
* Strong management consulting skills: storyboarding, comparative analysis, project and workstream management, exceptional presentation skills and ability to build productive, trusting relationships.
