Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in a similar position - Good knowledge of MS365, general office hardware and software - Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and CRMs - Ability to work in Cloud and on Premise - Strong passion for IT, Data, and AI - Willingness to learn processes such as downloading, analysing, and extracting data from aircraft PDF document records - Experience working with both Linux and Windows Operating systems - Strong organisational skills with effective task prioritisation - Strong analytic skills for checking and analysing complex data - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures - Excellent customer service skills - Positive can-do attitude
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create ETL / ELT pipelines in line with Executive Jet Supports Power BI requirements - Assist with developing and managing current data and systems, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL databases including maintenance and upgrades - Create and assist with knowledge base articles for the IT team and the End users - Run Crystal Reports / Generate SQL script to import data into Quantum - Run SQLs in Quantum to update and fix incorrect data - Assist Senior IT Engineers with a wider range of IT tasks - Undertake any other IT tasks as required
