Main duties of the job
* Effectively coordinate and maintain Support Workers' rotas, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate client-staff matching.
* Allocate fully trained staff in line with client-specific care requirements.
* Respond efficiently to telephone and email enquiries.
* Use care planning and rostering systems such as People Planner and Access Care Planning (ACP).
* Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Respond to changes in care requirements or scheduling swiftly and professionally.
* Provide regular support and supervision to the care team.
* Participate in the on-call rota as part of a shared team responsibility.
* Hold a valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to obtain business insurance.

Summary of role
To ensure all client visits are allocated, recruit suitable Care and Support Workers, and maintain appropriate office procedures.
Answer all incoming telephone enquiries.
Implement thorough recruitment and vetting procedures for all Care & Support Workers.
Process new client referrals.
Allocate Care & Support Workers to all client visits, ensuring coverage at all times.
Administer all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
Maintain client and Care & Support Worker office files, ensuring they are always up to date.
Keep computer systems and electronic records current.
Ensure all documentation related to clients and Care & Support Workers is accurate and up to date.
Work closely with the Case Leaders.
Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
Assist with wages and invoice processing.
Produce reports and management information as required.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Computer literate with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer systems.
* Experience in the care sector coordinating rotas.
* An excellent professional communicator.
* Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or related qualification.
