Marketing Executive (Field Based)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance

The Vacancy
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially, and analytically strong field-based Marketing Executive who can deploy effective marketing and business development activities to drive awareness and consideration for developments across Surrey.
To be successful in this role you will have marketing and business development experience within the property industry and/or an agency environment and/ or a lifestyle-oriented business and you will have proven experience in developing advertising campaigns ideally both on and off-line, to set timescales and within budget. You will possess strong copy-writing and proofing skills and have a great eye for detail and effectively and efficiently work to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills with the ability to build a network of relationships across a large organisation is essential. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and make decisions under pressure and appropriately challenge conventional approaches.
You will possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems and other digital platforms, as well as a sound understanding of multi-channel, content planning, creation, and delivery. You will have knowledge of website content management systems, social media platforms and email marketing.
The Role:
Providing a commercially focused and professional marketing service you will be responsible for the delivery of overall divisional marketing and business development strategy, to maximise ROI, provide optimised customer experience and deliver against commercial KPIs. You will work collaboratively with Divisional Marketing departments to ensure an efficient and joined up approach to overall marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for sharing effective community engagement plans to support awareness and lead generation through all customer journey phases. Provide understanding, governance and reporting of divisional marketing and business development activity to ensure effective ongoing communication with prospects and to maximise awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Your Attributes
You will have:
* 3 A levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and ideally a Degree (or equivalent).
* Have attained, or be studying towards, a professional qualification in Business Studies or Marketing related subjects.
* Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines. Proven project management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and engage to suit customer groups.
* Able to rapidly forge effective and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external.
* Able to maintain, adhere to and support others to work to agreed quality standards and ways of working.
* A desire to work in an environment of continual improvement.
