Salary: Circa £24,242 per annum pro rata
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 1pm to 5pm.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Access Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing first-point resolution for our valued customers and stakeholders. This is an exciting role which will give you a real insight into each and every aspect of Coastline, with each day presenting unique challenges and experiences.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and provide first-point resolution for customers and stakeholders.
* Handle a high volume of telephone calls with professional and effective communication.
* Utilise your initiative to manage urgent situations and problem-solve to achieve timely outcomes.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
* Proficient IT skills, including knowledge and experience of a range of Microsoft applications.
* Experience working with digital information, social media and systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
