Precia-Molen is one of the leading suppliers of industrial weighing equipment in the world. With a strong UK presence, we deliver nationwide servicing across industries such as waste, recycling, aggregates and agriculture. We have an excellent opportunity at our Dunfermline office for a Contracts Administrator.

Working within an established team, the department's aim is to provide the highest level of customer care within the weighing industry. The Contracts Administrator plays a key role within our customer service team - managing the full commercial contract cycle including proposals, contracts, amendments and invoicing. You'll ensure that customers receive accurate, timely documentation and excellent communication.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be accountable for the following tasks:

* Administering and managing service contracts – including renewals and amendments
* Generate quotations for contract renewals and additional services as required
* Track contract performance, expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
* Liaise with other members of the customer service to schedule in service visits and calibrations
* Produce correspondence and documentation on behalf of the company as directed, including assisting other members of the customer service team as necessary
* Maintain accurate records in SAP and generate invoices

Essential requirements:

* Previous experience in contract administration
* Able to work in a highly pressurised environment
* Excellent communication skills including telephone and e-mail
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to multi-task
* Able to use own initiative
* Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary £26,450. + OTE

Benefits: Flexible bank holidays, company pension (auto enrol) and private healthcare scheme. (after 18 months)

Holiday entitlement 23 days rising to 25 days in year 2.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
