Responsibilities
* Greet customers and take their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
* Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
* Assist in food preparation
* Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Ensure that the dining area is clean and organised at all times.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
* Assist with other duties as required, such as cleaning or restocking supplies.
