AgeCare Care Homes is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are looking for a versatile and skilled Administrator to join our team and be the right hand to the Management Team at Bullsmoor Lodge.
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per year. Location: London, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive business support to the Manager and Deputy Manager, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
* Assist the Head of Business with daily administrative tasks such as managing the office calendar, answering phones, and handling office correspondence.
* Facilitate efficient communication across the office or department, serve as point of contact for managers and employees, relay important messages, and facilitate meetings with minutes.
* Create reports and presentations for the Business Lead Manager.
* Assist with marketing and social media efforts.
* Support the Business Lead Manager with handling various administrative duties, including HR‑related tasks such as employee records, benefits administration, and recruitment coordination.
* Assist Head of Business in budget tracking, expense management, and liaise with the finance team to process invoices and payments.
* Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
* Sound computer skills and experience in reception and business administration.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
