The Multi-Site Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and high standards across a portfolio of sites. Acting as the link between site management teams and senior leadership, this role will provide oversight, support, and accountability in key areas including health & safety, compliance, staff performance, and cleanliness.
This is a mobile role, requiring daily site visits, visible leadership, and a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
Review day-to-day site operations, identifying risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in delivery.
Support site managers in implementing best practice and corrective actions where required.
Monitor adherence to company policies, tenancy agreements, and regulatory obligations.
Compliance & Health & Safety
Ensure all sites are operating in line with health and safety legislation and company protocols.
Carry out audits and produce clear reports, highlighting areas of concern and agreed action plans.
Escalate non-compliance issues promptly and follow through to resolution.
Staff & Performance Management
Observe site teams in practice, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure consistent standards.<...
