The role:
* Assisting with the development of projects across a range of RIBA work stages* Producing design proposals, planning drawings, and presentation materials* Preparing planning applications, Design & Access Statements, and supporting documentation* Working closely with Architects, Technologists, and external consultants* Developing technical drawing packages and construction information* Attending project meetings and assisting with client liaison* Supporting project delivery while ensuring design quality and compliance standards are maintained* Contributing creative ideas and innovative design solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
* RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture* Experience working within a UK architectural practice* Strong design and presentation skills with a creative portfolio* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is advantageous* Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations* Excellent communication and organisational skills* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to progress towards professional qualification
