About the Role
The Lead Product Manager will take full ownership of conversion across a multi-step customer funnel, driving measurable improvements from application through to funded loan.
Role Highlights:
• Own and improve end-to-end conversion performance across the funnel
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and a product designer
• Define and execute a structured experimentation and optimisation roadmap
• Deliver impactful product, UX and journey improvements at pace
• Collaborate with teams across risk, marketing, operations and leadership
You Will Need
• Proven success in improving conversion in complex digital journeys
• Strong analytical capability; confident working hands-on with data
• Experience leading squads and driving delivery through influence
• Commercial mindset with clear prioritisation and decision-making ability
• Exposure to AI-driven products or automation within customer journeys
• Proven success in improving conversion in complex digital journeys, where there are multiple steps to completion in a D2C environment.
