We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Private Client Assistant to join our team in Taunton. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, including in person, phone and email.
* Administrative tasks such as managing diaries and clerical duties.
* Use our case management system to prepare letters and documents.
* Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
* Organise appointments and liaise with other offices to book meeting rooms.
* Collaborate with colleagues in answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to the office.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential and experience of working in a similar role in a law firm would be desirable.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy is essential.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
