Riverside environmental are now seeking a Bid Writer to join our team. This position is perfect for an experienced Bid Writer with a background in the Asbestos or Water sectors. Remote working is available for the right candidate.
What you will do
* Review tender portals for new bid opportunities.
* Full bid management.
* Develop, write and edit high quality material that responds to client needs and articulates win themes through understanding client needs and scoring criteria.
* Formatting proposals according to client requirements and company standards.
* Ensuring timely submission of bids within strict deadlines.
* Developing engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business.
* Maintaining bid library.
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
Who you are
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within the asbestos, environmental, or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of asbestos regulations, management processes, and industry terminology.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online tender portals.
Desirable
* Experience contributing to social value or sustainability sections of bids.
* Knowledge of wider environmental or compliance service sectors.
