- esMaintain accurate records and documentation of all purchase orders and procurement activiti
- esMonitor and follow up on outstanding approvals on a daily bas
- isSupport Business-as-Usual (BAU) procurement activities including purchasing, logistics coordination, and invoice processi
- ngAssist with annual renewals of software licensing and hardware maintenance contracts across the IT departme
- ntCoordinate vendor relationships and support supplier communication and administrati
- onOrganise and track deliveries, working closely with Desktop Support and Infrastructure tea
- msSupport procurement of IT equipment (e.g. laptops and hardware), ensuring timely ordering and delive
- ryAssist with annual insurance processes for IT hardware in collaboration with Finance and Faciliti
