We provide complex care to both children and adults within their own homes.
We are looking for a senior nurse to join our new and restructured team. You will be a part of a supportive senior leadership team and have a key role delivering company strategy.
Working both strategically and operationally, you will provide senior professional leadership to specialist teams supporting individuals with highly complex needs.

The job holder will be responsible for providing Clinical Leadership to the clinical team, for developing and implementing the clinical strategies, policies and processes, staffing and financial measures in those departments and be accountable for the results achieved.
Together with the senior management team be involved in the development and documentation of the strategic operating plan including:
Service planning
Workforce planning and development
Clinical governance and risk management
Actively participate in marketing and public relations, engaging key stakeholders, and networking with relevant groups to ensure the company is well represented within the area
Registered Nurse with NMC
Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to the company and the registration it holds
Exposure in a senior role to senior management, health professionals, patients and commissioning
Previous leadership experience within a hospital or community care environment
Experience of implementing and supporting evidence based clinical practice
The role will require you to hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. You will be based at our Head Office in Stone.
