Natalie's Clean Team Ltd. is a growing, professional cleaning company dedicated to delivering exceptional standards and peace of mind to our clients. We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor with proven experience in both cleaning and managing a team within a residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.
* Carry out hands-on cleaning as required, setting the example for your team.
* Conduct site checks and quality audits to maintain client satisfaction.
* Organise schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
* Provide training and guidance for new and existing staff.
* Be the main point of contact for clients on-site, handling queries professionally.
* Report to management and escalate any issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in residential/domestic cleaning.
* Supervisory or team leader experience in a cleaning environment.
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
* Access to a laptop or pc desirable
