Role Overview:
We are looking for driven individuals to join our growing sales team. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue and long-term loyalty. You’ll represent trusted brands, act as a product expert, and play a key role in creating standout customer experiences.The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximise sales and retention.
* Develop territory strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
* Represent brands confidently through in-person consultations, demonstrations, and needs analysis.
* Track activity, customer feedback, and performance metrics to deliver regular progress updates.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a pipeline, prioritise tasks, and work independently to meet goals.
* Confident presenting products face-to-face and adapting to different customer needs.
* Results-driven mindset with a passion for creating great customer experiences.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in technical sales, high-value sales, or subscription-based services.
* A background in working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
