The Role: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging EYFS curriculum Assist with small group work and 1:1 interventions Help to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Contribute to the assessment and observation of pupil progress About You: We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting (nursery, preschool or receptio) and / or a relevant childcare or TA qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) Has a caring, patient and proactive approach Understands the EYFS framework and child development principles Has excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Apply Through Us?
