What you’ll do
As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services implementations of the on-demand NetSuite application.
You will guide the successful implementation of complex business solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to meet customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager plays a key role in managing, tracking, and communicating project progress, and ensuring the quality delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services.
Responsibilities include constructing, presenting, and obtaining sign-offs on key deliverables such as Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, and regular Status and Risk reports.
Qualifications and Skills needed:
* Strong background in Project Management, including experience with work-breakdown structures and project plans, especially in Microsoft Project.
* Understanding of standard business practices in Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management, Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment), and support (Case Management, Territory Management).
* Excellent client management skills and ability to develop and manage implementation plans with customers.
* PM Methodology certification.
* Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment and familiarity with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software is a plus.
