We're bringing our legendary fried chicken, big flavours, and bold energy to a brand-new venue — and we're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the team into our new venture.
This is a rare opportunity to help launch a brand-new kitchen, join our new kitchen team, and be part of one of Scotland's most exciting independent hospitality brands.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Senior Chef in a high-volume, food-led venue
* A passion for consistent, high-quality food and kitchen standards
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations
* Recruit, train, and lead a new kitchen team
* Maintain Buck's standards on food quality, portion control, and presentation
* Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
* Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team
* Lead by example during busy service periods
