Ideal Hero Will Have
* Strong experience in a customer-facing food service environment
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is desirable
* Confident in handling tills, cashing up, and overseeing daily front-of-house operations
* Awareness of handling dietary needs and allergen information
* The ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure during busy periods
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
* Take orders accurately, manage till operations, and handle payments confidently
* Monitor stock levels for front-of-house items (e.g., packaging, condiments, drinks) and assist with reordering
* Cash up tills at the end of shifts and ensure accurate handling of daily takings
* Organise and support team members during service to ensure smooth daily operations
* Take ownership of the restaurant when the Manager is off
* Follow hygiene and safety procedures, keeping service areas clean and organised
