We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to help grow the adoption of our innovative digital healthcare solutions. You will play a key role in showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations, qualifying high-quality leads, and supporting the sales process through to close.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account development. Youll work closely with internal teams and Regional Managers to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver value to customers across the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients
2. Qualify and manage advanced sales leads, ensuring strong alignment with solutions
3. Support Regional Managers in progressing deals from demo through to close
4. Actively sell the full suite of products and services, including AI-enabled tools
5. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
6. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
