Foundation Personnel Limited are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent from a Heavy Civils background or Tunnelling Background.
The right candidate must be competent in MS Office Programmes, capable of producing details 2D drawings on AutoCAD, some back of Surveying / Setting Out. Capable of understanding client quality compliance.
Your responsibilities' within the role are as follows;
Organising labour, plant and materials to ensure project is completed on time and to the correct standards
Management and record keeping of works
Producing daily task briefings, toolbox talks and delivering to operatives on site
Responsible for measurement, quantifying of materials, labour and required plant to complete works
Managing sub-contractors to ensure works completed to programme
Producing RAMS, Lift plans and weekly activity supervisor reports
Managing material orders on a site
Weekly inspections of all plant and lifting equipment
Managing internal/external plant returns
Monitoring surrounding site interfaces and reporting issues to senior management
Preparing quality documentation including inspection test plans, material acceptance requests and NCR forms
Ensuring testing of installations and records to specification
Produce, update and monitor progress trackers
Carry out meetings/Microsoft Teams calls with construction teams, designers and client to discuss issues and ensure relevant action has been taken
Perform audits on current works on site to ensure HSQE processes are being followed
Prepare and amend handover documentation
A Safety Critical medical would be advantageous but is not essential. This can be organised with trust SEQOSH Medical providers
Candidates must be able to provide two references.
