Which means building relationships, getting to know what they do, how they do it, and most importantly, how we can help them do it better. We have an exciting new role for a Client Relationship/Internal Account Manager who will be integral to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring that we have a consistent, joined-up approach to managing our customer base. In the role you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service whilst using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. It will be your remit to develop revenue growth with smaller new and existing customers, Your key responsibilities: Building relationships with the regional customer Being the first point of contact for customers ensuring their queries are answered in a timely manor Maintaining outbound call volume to meet daily KPI requirements- helping to grow business revenue Working closely with the sales team Converting queries into sales. To succeed in the role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours A successful proven track record in customer relationship management Experience of telesales and outbound calling The motivation, ambition and resilience to 'Make things Happen’ in a fast-paced environment - to ensure our plans are created and delivered in line with stakeholder expectations Ability to manage sales revenue A flexible and "can do" attitude. Ability to assess data and identify trends and potential relationship or customer development opportunities A customer-centric approach with experience of delivering an exceptional customer experience A natural relationship builder with a collaborative style.
