Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various locations. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service, ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and welcoming for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
* Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.
* Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to feedback and requests from clients.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
