Gym Manager - Park View Health Clubs Palmers Green.


We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven General Manager to lead our Palmers Green Club and play a key role in the continued growth of Park View Health Clubs.

As General Manager, you’ll work closely with the Area Manager, Directors, and Owners to drive performance, lead and develop your team, and grow the business. This is a hands-on, varied role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and excellent time management skills.

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring high standards across all departments
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional member experiences
3. Drive sales performance, membership growth, and retention, achieving monthly targets and KPIs
4. Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training
