About the role
We're looking for a Creative Designer to help scale and elevate our creative output across marketing and product. You'll work across formats and channels, delivering high-quality visuals that perform, while also helping us build faster and more efficient ways of working.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring ideas to life quickly, creatively, and consistently. You'll collaborate with a Junior Creative and Freelancers and play a key role in increasing our creative capacity without compromising on quality
What you'll own
* Deliver visual assets across paid, social, CRM, landing pages, and product
* Lead creative development from concept to execution across static, motion, video, and interactive formats
* Collaborate with your team members and agencies to align workflows, scale output, and maintain quality
* Build and improve systems that make creative production faster and more repeatable
* Support the rollout and application of our refreshed visual identity
* Use templates, tooling, and AI where relevant to speed up production
* Bring in and manage trusted freelance support if needed
What we're looking for
* Strong design portfolio across multiple formats and channels
* 3 to 5 years of experience in digital, campaign, or marketing design
* Proven ability to scale creative production without losing quality, ideally with Figma Buzz
* Excellent hands-on design skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and collaborative approach, confident working across teams and briefs
* Experience with creative AI tools (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney, Runway)
* Experience working with freelance platforms such as Upwork
* Bonus: A network of freelancers you can tap into when needed

* Experience in the healthcare industry, or a tech company
