Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks and may suit a time served joiner or someone with multi trades experience. Experienced using all types of tools and power tools is a must. The role will involve working with the insulation and gas teams to undertake multi trades. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in building and maintenance trades to contribute to diverse projects across the construction sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Duties
* Using hand and power tools.
* Lifting flooring.
* Cutting hatches.
* Installing loft ladders.
* Door under cuts.
* Installing trickle vents.
* Coring holes for DMEV fans.
* Installing loft & underfloor insulation.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Experience
* Proven experience in multiple trades is highly desirable.
* Demonstrable knowledge of hand tools and power tools used within construction environments.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the construction industry. This role is suited for dedicated tradespeople eager to utilise their skills across various projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety compliance.
* Being a time served joiner would be advantageous but not required.
Most of the work will be on a government contract as well as working domestically in residential properties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
