Key Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering support and ensure compliance with Safety Management Arrangements.
* Guide Lead Safety Case and Design Engineers, promoting correct behaviours and sharing key learnings.
* Support programme optioneering, delivery, and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver safety case and engineering presentations.
* Uphold and improve Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards on site.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
* Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
* Chartered Engineer status (or working towards, with evidence of CPD).
* Strong knowledge of nuclear industry regulations and site Authorised Conditions.
Desirable:
* Experience in technical assurance, project engineering, and regulatory compliance.
* Background in highly regulated environments.
* Skilled in producing technical documentation (reports, specs, queries).
* Effective stakeholder engagement.
