Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. You’ll handle cost planning, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, and variations. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with site teams and senior management to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with programme expectations. This Quantity Surveyor role will see you operating across a range of traditional build projects, giving you strong all-round exposure and responsibility.
