Join the Wireless Logic Adventure: Role Overview: The Supplier Reseller OLA / Service Review Analyst will be a key player in ensuring our supplier relationships are documented, transparent, and aligned with our compliance and security standards. This role is a strategic project to create a comprehensive matrix of all our suppliers, identifying which have an Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and which do not. You'll be the go-to person for establishing and maintaining these crucial agreements. You will report to the Head of Supplier Management and work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including the Net Ops & UK team, Colette, Rochelle, Gina, Libbi, and Briana, to ensure a smooth and collaborative process. This role is about making a significant impact on our operational efficiency and security posture. Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities): Build the Supplier Matrix: Finish the Supplier Reseller OLA / Service Review Matrix, creating a comprehensive grid of all suppliers, their main contacts, and OLA/Service Review status. Engage with other OPCOs to ensure the matrix is complete and accurate. OLA Documentation and Amalgamation: Amalgamate existing OLAs for the same supplier (e.g., Wireless Logic and Arkessa) and migrate all existing OLAs to our new template. Ensure all OLAs include detailed information on SIM Assist, On-call support, escalation routes, and P1/P2 protocols. Supplier Engagement: Draft and send a professional email to all our suppliers, advising them of our project to review OLAs and arrange service reviews. Book in recurring quarterly service reviews with all suppliers and prepare the necessary documentation. System and Escalation Mapping: Ensure every OLA includes a list of systems and portals, outlining the support levels and responsibilities for both parties. Document a clear process flow for all escalations. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with Net Ops & UK, Colette, Rochelle, Gina, Libbi, and Briana to add them to all supplier authorizations, including for other WL OPCOs. Complete Conexa supplier matrix work and identify dmarc reach. The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills): · Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a project from start to finish, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts. · Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders, from team members to high-level suppliers. · Technical Acumen: Familiarity with concepts like Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and technical service reviews. Experience in the IoT or telecommunications sector is a major plus. · Data Organization: Strong skills in data management, spreadsheet creation, and information systems to build and maintain the supplier matrix. · Compliance and Security Mindset: A clear understanding of the importance of compliance and security in supplier relationships.
