This exciting venture is seeking a talented Automotive Upholsterer to help shape its future and deliver interiors of uncompromising quality.
The Opportunity:
This is not your typical upholstery role. You’ll be working at the forefront of bespoke automotive design, creating interiors that elevate the legendary Defender into a contemporary icon of luxury and refinement. From hand-stitched leathers to tailored finishes, every project is unique — crafted to reflect each client’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:

Upholstering and retrimming interiors, including seats, panels, headliners, and dashboards, using high-end materials.

Producing bespoke interior features to exacting client specifications.
*
Collaborating with design and build teams to achieve seamless finishes.
*
Upholding the highest standards of detail, presentation, and craftsmanship.
*
Managing multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as an automotive upholsterer, ideally within luxury, prestige, or bespoke builds.
*
Skilled in working with leather, Alcantara, and other premium materials.
*
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing flawless work.
*
Creative flair combined with technical precision.
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*
We will also consider candidates with specialist upholstery experience from related industries such as aviation, marine, or luxury furniture, where precision and quality are paramount.
