Linwood Crops, based in March, Cambridgeshire, are a fast growing produce procurement business, specialising in fresh potatoes and other fresh produce. We are looking to recruit an additional Line Leader (40 hours per week - 6am - 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday plus overtime to meet our business needs) to join our friendly team. You will be involved in leading a small team controlling the line and producing finished products according to the needs of the customers. In addition you will be producing reports and contributing to the further development of the product processing. You must have experience of working with optical sorter and weight grading equipment, and experience of leading a team would be a definite advantage. You will need to be flexible in approach with good communication skills, have good organisation skills, and be keen to solve problems. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and prepared to assist other team members in order to help us meet our customer orders. Salary will be £14.52 per hour. Overtime at weekends is paid at 1.5 hourly rate. There is a pension and 25 days annual holiday per year. All PPE is provided and there is car parking on site. Please note you must be eligible to work in the UK.
