Job Description:
The role requires a proven salesperson who is looking for an opportunity to help CTM grow the corporate business. Corporate has been a strong focus for CTM in recent years, working with professional teams and organizations to deliver seamless travel solutions. This role involves working within a competitive industry, participating in all aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business. They will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing relationships to meet sales goals.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 6+ years' industry-related business development experience

Must Have Skills & Experience
* Proven successful sales track record in the corporate travel industry
* Experience of full cycle sales, from lead to win
* Experience with RFP processes
* Understanding of corporate travel logistics (desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Time management and problem-solving skills
* Professional appearance and manner
* Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
* Account management/partnership experience (advantageous)
* Knowledge of agency operations to build credibility
* Ability to plan and accomplish goals with judgment and creativity
* Resilience to setbacks and motivation to learn from experience
* Ability to work independently and develop action plans
