Here, we do right by each other and everyone’s welcome. We’re on an action-oriented journey, championing equity, diversity, and inclusion. We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.
We’re a disability confident employer and we’ll do all we can to help with your application. Please let us know if you need to request reasonable adjustments.
We take pride in fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment, where the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our employees drive fresh thinking and innovation. We understand that success means different things to different people. We believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. That’s why we support you to pursue a career that’s unique to you. Because success is personal.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll define and lead the scope of work within your assigned contract or package, ensuring seamless integration with the wider programme. From securing skilled resources to maintaining safety and quality standards, you’ll be at the heart of project execution.
Your role will involve developing and implementing execution strategies aligned with the Programme Execution Plan, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and driving progress against key milestones and budgets.
You’ll ensure deliverables are met, contractual obligations fulfilled, and best practices adopted across the board. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering a safe, timely, and cost-effective outcome.
Who You Are
You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering complex projects in regulated environments, ideally within the nuclear or energy sector. You’ve successfully managed engineering design, procurement, and execution strategies, and are confident in handling costs, risks, and schedules using Earned Value tools.
Your leadership experience includes managing contractors and consultants, with a solid understanding of NEC and FIDIC contracts. You’re an excellent communicator, skilled at building relationships and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is desirable, along with a professional project management qualification such as APM PPQ. You’ll understand nuclear quality standards and have experience managing projects from concept to completion.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact as a Senior Project Manager, we’d love to hear from you.
