What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and developing cutting‑edge mobility and vehicle adaptation systems
* Creating prototypes using CAD, fabrication, and rapid prototyping methods
* Supporting products from concept through to production release
* Collaborating with engineering teams across the UK, US, and Sweden
* Participating in crash testing, durability testing, and validation activities
* Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering function
What We're Looking For
* Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Automotive, or Product Design Engineering
* Experience in product development, R&D, or prototype engineering
* Strong hands‑on engineering and problem‑solving skills
* Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks
* Passion for innovation, accessibility, and meaningful product design
* Proactive, results‑driven mindset with excellent teamwork skills
