About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive childcare team in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about early years education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS standards
* Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support children’s learning through play and structured activities
* Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
* Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
* Sound knowledge of EYFS framework
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work flexibly to suit nursery needs
